Description:
A trip over Peru’s most important national dishes and beverages. You will learn their story and how geography and immigration play an important role in their food traditions.
You will take a closer look at how Peruvians feel about their food and experiment first-hand with the best food in the world!
Step 1: Introduction of the chef and participants (15 min approx.)
Step 2: It’s always Ceviche time (30 min approx.). During this stage, you will confirm the simplicity and technique required to achieve the best ceviche.
Step 3: It’s pisco o’clock. (45 min approx.). You will learn how to differentiate the smells and kicks of Pisco while making refreshing chilcanos and perfectly balanced pisco sours.
Step 4: Wok’ time. Light some up and see the influence of the Asian cuisine in Peru, by making your own Alpaca’s lomo saltado.
