San Pedro's Market visit

This is the biggest and most famous market in Cusco city. It offers a colorful and unique experience to its visitors because of its wide variety of products. Here you can learn about the most exotic and nutritive fruits a vegetables Peru has to offer to the world.

High vibrational Pisco Sour

Our class starts with a Peruvian cocktail icon making it our way with our homemade syrup, passion fruit, and other magic touches.

First time: Mashuas Soup

Mashua is a tasty Peruvian tuber, similar to the potato, considered a superfood, full of antioxidants and with a unique flavor. We will also fry some purple corn chips and eat them along with the soup. We can also add some alpaca meat to the soup if desired (optional).

Second time: Ceviche trilogy

We will enjoy 3 different types of ceviche at the same time. First, we will enjoy the classic one, made out of fresh fish, onion, lime juice, chili, and cilantro. Then, we will have the ancestral one made out of Tumbo and fresh fish (an Andean variety of passion fruit), and last but not least, the “high vibration” made with Kasuro (an Andean seaweed from high lakes), Tarwi (a superfood), and camu camu (a fruit from the Peruvian jungle that has 60 times more vitamin C than an orange).

Thirt time: High vibration rocoto relleno

We will make a classic of Peruvian cuisine: the Rocoto Relleno. We will boost this dish using mushrooms, and veggies from Cusco. Also, we will make a pastel de papa, the classic companion of the rocoto, using 3 types of potatoes that are selected from the more than three thousand varieties of potatoes that grow in Peru.

Exotic fruits dessert

We will finish our cooking class by making Gnocci out of lucuma (Andean fruit) with chirimoya (Andean fruit) ice cream and a mix of other Peruvian fruits. We will take advantage of the creamy texture of the lucuma to make paste with Kiwicha flour accompanied by a spicy chocolate ganache.
